Consultation Instructions
Times of Refreshing offers consultations which include written instructions with phone and / or email support and coaching for 30 days. We will be your "cure guide" on this journey of health. We will answer your questions, help you makde adjustments and apply the plan to your life and schedule. You can initiate a consultation by using the following steps.
1. Fill out our Biblical Hygienic Evaluation Form. Each person who needs health restoration should fill out a form. Parents can fill out forms for children.
2. Pay $65 for each person needing a consultation. You can pay online using the "Pay For Consultations" box below. Alternately, you can call us with your credit or debit card information or send a check to our office. When you fill out our Biblical Hygienic Consultation Form, the system only notifies us when a payment for consultations has been made. We then retrieve the form you filled out and match it with your contact information. We do not see your credit card information if you use our website for payment.
3. You will hear from us within 3 business days with your written response. Alternaely, we may have to contact you with some clarifying questions. This may slightly delay the response. Our business days are Monday thru Thursday. If you pay online, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. Feel free to call us or send us an email if you have any questions or are concerned that we received your form and payment.
4. If you are scheduling an appointment in person with Shelem Flemons, you will contacted within 3 business days from the date of your payment to schedule an appointment.
5. If your response contains supplements that Times of Refreshing provides, an invoice will be included. You are not under any obligation to buy the suggested items. They are recommendations. However, you must pay for the invoice items before they will be sent. You can use the "Pay Invoice Total" button to the lower right to enter the invoice amount and pay it online. You can also call us with a credit / debit card or you can send a check or money order.
7. You can call or email us with any questions you have. We are often able to answer questions faster via email. We offer 30 days of phone / email life-style coaching to help you with your restorative efforts.
